The Library will close at noon on December 23 and will reopen for regular business hours on December 26. New Year: City Hall will close at noon on December 31. The Aquatic Center will be open on December 31 from 5:30 am – 3:30 pm and closed on January 1. The Library will be closed December 31 and January 1. Appointments: B.
