AeroVironment EV Charging Station Agreement 14 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Administrator to enter into a Service Agreement with AeroVironment, Inc., for the operation of an EV Charging Station at the Woodburn Memorial Transit Facility. B. Transit Shelter Easement Acceptance 24 Recommended Action: Authorize the City Administrator to accept on behalf of the City an Easement from Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette for the construction and maintenance of a transit bus shelter at 948 N.
