Legislative Amendment 21-02 Public Hearing: Public Hearing on Amendment to the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) Relating to “Middle Housing” (LA 21-02) 13 Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing and make a motion to tentatively approve Legislative Amendment LA 21-02, directing staff to submit an ordinance for consideration at the next City Council meeting. 11. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Legion Park Improvement Project Addition Expenditure Authorization 379 Recommended Action: Authorize staff to expend up to an additional $300,000 on the Legion Park Improvement Project, which was awarded to Hellas Construction on October 25, 2021 in the amount of $4,004,694, to cover necessary change orders and unanticipated contingencies that might arise during the construction process. 12.
