p: [PHONE REDACTED] I www.branchengineering.com October 15, 2021 Mr. Ronald James Ped, AIA Via email: [EMAIL REDACTED] RE: STORMWATER EVALUATION 2540 & 2600 NEWBERG HWY (HWY 214) WOODBURN, OREGON BRANCH ENGINEERING INC. PROJECT NO. 20-468 Based on a comparison of the existing site conditions and the proposed development, the increase of impervious surface area is considered negligible so the existing connections to the 12-inch diameter stormwater lines in Hwy 214 and Oregon way are being proposed for reuse. The majority of the site stormwater is routed to six on-site catch basins with turn-down outlets and piped to the existing stormwater connections in the northwest corner of the site. The roof drainage from the east building is piped directly to the public storm line in Oregon Way. As no on-site stormwater facilities are proposed, and the capacity of the existing system is considered to be adequate since the impervious surface area is only different, no formal stormwater report has been generated for this project, nor does it seem applicable. Sincerely, Branch Engineering Inc, Ronald J. Derrick P.E., G.E. Principal Engineer
