Hayes Street (Nellie Muir Elementary School): Action on a land use application for an addition of five classrooms and five auxiliary rooms, with minor alterations to on-site landscaping and utilities. b. DR 2019-14 & VAR 2020-02: 2215 Progress Way (I & E Construction Yard): Action on a consolidated land use application package to construct a construction equipment repair facility, complete with street frontage improvements, parking lot, and landscaping.
