Conditional Use 24-01, Design Review 24-01, and lot consolidation of 3 parcels through Property Line Adjustment PLA 24-02 for a gas station with convenience store of 4,394 square feet (sq ft), known as US Market, plus a car wash in the Commercial General (CG) zoning district.
