URG 2014-17 257 Young Street (Yakis Brothers, LLC) 3 Recommended Action: The Downtown Advisory Review Subcommittee (DARS) recommends that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board (Agency) approve the Urban Renewal grant application from Yakis Brothers, LLC (Applicant) for up to $15,000. The Applicant requests the Agency to consider approval of the original $50,000 proposal. B. URG 2014-18 405 N. First Street & URG 2014-19 445 N First Street (Chay Properties, LLC) 18 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve two Urban Renewal Interior and Exterior Grant applications from Chay Properties, LLC (Applicant), for up to $22,000 ($11,000 each). 6.
