Woodburn Recreation and Park Board minutes of May 13, 2014 10 Recommended Action: Accept the minutes. E. Crime Statistics through April 2014 14 Recommended Action: Receive the report. 9. TABLED BUSINESS None. 10. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Zone Change 2014-01, Design Review 2014-01, Partition 2014-02, and Property Line Adjustment 2014-01, located at 777 Arney Road (Deacon Development Group) 19 Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing. Direct Staff to prepare an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map and approve the other actions subject to conditions of approval. B. State Revenue Sharing C. FY 2014-2015 Approved Budget 11. GENERAL BUSINESS – Members of the public wishing to comment on items of general business must complete and submit a speaker’s card to the City Recorder prior to commencing this portion of the Council’s agenda. Council Bill No. 2957 - A Resolution Adopting the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget; Making Budget Appropriations; and Categorizing Taxes 128 Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing and approve the resolution adopting the budget and capital improvements plan, making appropriations, and declaring and categorizing taxes for Fiscal Year 2014-2015. B. Council Bill No. 2958 - A Resolution Declaring the City of Woodburn’s Election to Receive State Revenue Sharing 133 Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing and approve the resolution declaring the City’s election and qualification to receive State Revenue Sharing. C. Council Bill No. 2959 - A Resolution Certifying Services for State Revenue Sharing 136 Recommended Action: Conduct a public hearing and approve the resolution declaring the City’s election and qualification to receive State Revenue Sharing. 12. PLANNING COMMISSION OR ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE ACTIONS – These are Planning Commission or Administrative Land Use actions that may be called up by the City Council. A. Director Approval of Partition PAR 2014-01, Located at 3099 N. Pacific Highway (Fjord) 138 Recommended Action: No action is recommended. This item is placed before the Council for information purposes, in compliance with the Woodburn Development Ordinance. The Council may call up this item for review if it desires. 13.
