Council Bill No. 2861 - A Resolution Authorizing the Inclusion of the City Hall Security and Emergency Power Improvement Project in Fy 2011-2012 Capital Improvement Program 6 Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution. B. 1040 Wilson Street 11 Recommended Action: Authorize the Police Chief and City Attorney to take reasonably necessary actions under the law to address the conditions existing at 1040 Wilson Street, Woodburn, Oregon, including the filing of a complaint in a court of competent jurisdiction. 12.
