Urban Renewal Grant 2013-04 354 N. Pacific Hwy (Nelson Financial) 3 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Exterior Grant application from Nelson Financial for up to $15,000. B. Urban Renewal Grant URG 2013-06 410 N. Pacific Hwy (Williamson) 35 Recommended Action: In agreement with the Downtown Advisory Renewal Subcommittee, it is recommended that the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency Board approve the Urban Renewal Exterior Grant application from Christina and Kenneth Williamson, for up to $5,700. 6.
