Design Review DR 22-07 & Street Exception EXCP 22-03: Design Review for a proposed expansion to the Do It Best warehouse and distribution center at 333 S. Woodland Ave. A Street Exception was included to request to maintain existing street improvements along Newberg Hwy and S. Woodland Ave. b. Annexation ANX 22-02 Marion Pointe: Located along the east side of Boones Ferry Rd NE north of Hazelnut Dr. Proposed annexation, subdivision, and planned unit development of 87 detached houses on 87 small lots with several common area tracts, common area improvements, and street and other public improvements. Development bends around the Oregon Golf Association golf course and extends the dead-end of Olympic Street to Boones Ferry Rd NE with two connections. 7. Business from the Commission 8.
