July thru August (Private Utility Contractors): Complete Private Utilities (gas, power, fiber, utilizing Detour September thru November (City Contractor): Complete Remaining Roadway Improvements (sidewalks, asphalt, street lights, etc.). ---PAGE BREAK--- Robert Peccia & Associates – Kalispell, Montana Patton/Lake Park Intersection Changes “Old” State Park Road (north of Lake Park Lane) to become Patton Lane. Will change 5 addresses from “State Park Road” to “Patton Lane”. Public Hearing scheduled for March 2, 2020 during City Council Meeting. ---PAGE BREAK--- Robert Peccia & Associates – Kalispell, Montana Detour Detour will be implemented during the majority of the project. Daytime travel: 2-way, 1-lane traffic with flaggers or 2-way, 2-lane traffic. Expect delays. Evening/Weekend travel: 2-way, 2-lane traffic. ---PAGE BREAK--- Robert Peccia & Associates – Kalispell, Montana Detour Detour will be implemented during the spring of 2020 for no more than 30 consecutive days and one day during the fall. Mail will be held at the Whitefish Post Office. New mailboxes will be provided at the end of construction.
