Bike rentals available at Snow Ghost Outfitters, [PHONE REDACTED] Whitefish Mountain Resort Village Bus Stop: Village loop near Beirstube Glacier National Park (Apgar Visitor Center) Bus Stop: Apgar Visitor Center The Apgar Visitor Center serves as the primary shuttle stop for the fare-free Glacier National Park Shuttle System. The Glacier Park Express will load and unload at the pedestrian pickup and drop-off area bordering the visitor center parking lot. The park shuttle boards on the opposite side of the visitor center plaza. The Apgar Visitor Center is open daily from 8:00AM to 6:00PM during the summer. Glacier National Park Shuttle System Glacier National Park operates a fare-free shuttle system for park visitors. Shuttles arrive every -30 minutes at the shuttle stops on the park's west side. Buses routinely fill to capacity so visitors are encouraged to plan ahead. The estimated travel time from the Apgar Visitor Center to Avalanche Creek is 45 minutes. The estimated travel time from Avalanche Creek to Logan Pass is 50 minutes. After 9:00AM, west side shuttle service to Logan Pass will require a transfer at Avalanche Creek. All passengers are required to unload at the Logan Pass Shuttle Stop. The last departure from Logan Pass to the Apgar Visitor Center is 7:00PM and the last departure from Avalanche Creek to the Apgar Visitor Center is 6:20PM. Visitors are encouraged to not wait for the last shuttle.
