Review of Previous Work: 1. Site cleared of trees and shrubs. 2. Site stripping of topsoil started. 3. Began installing sewer services and water services. B. Review of Erosion Control 1. Need to install BMPs on the side of golf course culvert. C. Review of Traffic Control 1. Traffic Control was installed on Monday. 2. Receive Daily Inspection Forms – OK to send once per week via e-mail to apauly@rpa- hln.com (need to receive weekly). D. Review of Public Advisories and Notices 1. Current notices are: a) Mailbox relocations 2. Discuss upcoming Public Advisories and Notices a) Austin to send out resident emails as needed. E. Review of Trash Collection – TUESDAY PICKUP 1. Watson crews will assist owners with making cans accessible as needed on pickup days. F. Review of Submittals 1. Aggregate submittal received on Friday; Austin is reviewing. 2. See Submittal Log. G. Review of Laboratory/Testing Results 1. Certified Payroll 1. Receive Certified Payroll, please e-mail to [EMAIL REDACTED]. I. Discuss Other Work in Area 1. Kiley is working on setting up a utility coordination meeting onsite in the future. 2. The residents of Centennial Drive have negotiated with Watson to rebuild Centennial Drive, outside of the scope of this project. 3. The 533 4th Street owner has talked to Watson about installing a water service off of 4th street, outside the scope of this project. J. Discuss Acceptance of Work (Note: Acceptance does not relieve Contractor from final cleaning, nor does it start the Warranty Period, which will start at Substantial Completion.) K. Discuss Field Observations, Problems and/or Corrective Action Plans 1. North golf course water service was found to be abandoned; no new service installed. 2. ¾” water service at 439 Karrow will be replaced with a 1” water service. L. Discuss any Request for Information or Clarifications for Upcoming Work 1. RPA to investigate HDPE water main transition for alternates to Romac Alpha. M. Identification of Problems or Issues that are Affecting Schedule 1. None at this time. N. Residents/Landowners Comments 1. Fox Farm residents have asked about pavement rehab of the cul-de-sac. City and Engineer are reviewing. 2. 910 W 7th St.- wants driveway a widened. City and Engineer are reviewing. 3. 290 Fox Farm Dr.- wants intersection curb and driveway adjusted to allow camper access. City and Engineer are reviewing. 4. 467 Karrow Ave.- was a second driveway approach that was not in survey to remain. City and Engineer are reviewing. O. Projected Work for Upcoming Period 1. Continue sewer service and water service installations. 2. Start water and sewer main installations. 3. Pothole stormwater connection at Hwy 93. 4. Storm structures may be delivered this week. P. Other Items: Q. Pay Application 1. Next Pay App submitted last week; Austin is reviewing.
