WHITEFISH LEGACY HOMES PROGRAM IN-LIEU FEES – Valid as of September 16, 2021 Example: A 36-unit apartment project would require 3.6 units deed restricted for the Legacy Homes Program (36 x 10% = 3.6). If the developer provides 3 Legacy units, a fee of $71,28.20 would be required for the remaining 0.6 units ($118,547 x 0.1) If the developer provides no Legacy units and wishes to pay the fee in lieu of the units, a fee of $426,769.20 in-lieu of the 3.6 units is required ($118,547 x 3.6) If the developer provides 2 Legacy units, a fee of $189,675.20 in-lieu of the remaining 1.6 units is required ($118,547 x 1.6) Applicability Fee In Lieu One option to meet the Legacy Homes Program $118,547 per unit
