For others it’s on the street. n Place your cart within 2 feet of the curb. n Place the cart so that it opens toward the street or alley. n Place your cart at the curb or alley the night before or by 7 a.m. on pickup day. n Place the cart 4 feet away from all surrounding objects, including other carts, cars, mailboxes, utility poles, snowbanks, etc. n Place your cart on a level surface. n The lid must be securely latched shut. o Do not overload your cart. o Do not leave anything outside of your cart.
