The City of Whitefish discourages consecutive group functions and special events. Each special event and group is subject to the user fee price list Refunds will not be given for poor weather conditions. Dogs are not permitted at City Beach. Applicants must pay for all damages that may occur during their event. Due to vandalism, the City cannot guarantee cleanliness. All extra trash that does not fit into provided container must be disposed of off the premises. All debris must be removed from the gazebo area before you leave. Only persons 18 years and up may rent the Gazebos. City Beach restrooms are available for the public only between Memorial Day and Labor Day. I hereby certify that I have read and understand the policies and procedures regarding the use of public facilities. I further agree to hold the City of Whitefish, its governing board, the individual members thereof and all officers, agents and employees free and harmless of any loss, damage, liability cost or expense that may arise during or be caused in any such use or occupancy of City property. Anyone who appears legally intoxicated will be refused further beer/wine and will be immediately furnished transportation home. All beer/wine containers will be properly disposed of. Glass containers are not permitted at City Beach. Applicant will protect the City from any liability resulting from the breach of this agreement or from the consumption of beer/wine on City property. Applicant acknowledges this permit may be revoked for failure to comply with its terms. All beer/wine must stay in the gazebo area City Beach Gazebo Rentals Includes reserved parking space per gazebo. Parking spots are located adjacent to Gazebos 3 & 4 on Lakeshore Blvd. This reserved parking spot is valid for your ½ day reservation only. After this time period any vehicle in this parking spot will be ticketed and towed. This form must be prominently displayed on your dashboard while parked in reserved parking space.
