The City has selected the engineering firm of Robert Peccia & Associates (RPA) to assist them with project management, public involvement, surveying, and civil engineering. The project will generally include roadway reconstruction, a bicycle/pedestrian path, utility improvements, decorative street lighting, and drainage improvements. Public Outreach & Involvement Throughout the development of the project, there will be several public outreach campaigns and opportunities for public involvement. The best source of information for the public will be the City’s website at: Questionnaire #1 Enclosed with this newsletter is a general information questionnaire. Please complete this questionnaire and return back to Brandon Theis with RPA by September 29, 2023. The goal of the questionnaire is to solicit information from property owners about their property and to obtain general project feedback. Data from this questionnaire is very valuable to the Design Team; especially for properties directly adjacent to Karrow Avenue Communication is Key We want to communicate with all property owners and residents within the vicinity of Karrow Avenue.
