RESOLUTION NO. 21-15 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Whitefish, Montana, amending Resolution No. 21-04, and adopting fees for solid waste disposal services. WHEREAS, on February 1, 2021, the City Council approved Resolution No. 21-04 which adopted fees for solid waste disposal services; and WHEREAS, a clerical error omitted duplexes from the definition of "residential" in Exhibit A of Resolution No. 21-04; and WHEREAS, the fees for solid waste disposal services should include duplexes within the definition of "residential" in order to be consistent with the Rules and Regulations for the City of Whitefish Water, Sewer and Garbage Services; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Whitefish and its inhabitants to correct the clerical error and approve the minor amendment of fees for solid waste disposal services attached hereto as Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Whitefish, Montana, as follows: Section 1: All of the recitals set forth above are hereby adopted as Findings of Fact. Section 2: The fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby adopted. Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and signing by the Mayor, or Deputy Mayor, thereof.
