New Website for Online Payments! Dear Whitefish Utility Customer, We are excited to announce we have a new bill pay site coming September 29, 2021. You can sign up to view and pay your bill, see billing history, as well as many other new features. If you are currently registered for online bill pay, you will need to re-register for our new online payment service. Online Payment Highlights: • It’s free to sign up for online bill payment. • You can view and pay your bill online anytime, anywhere with a credit or debit card. • Make a one-time payment or register for reoccurring payment. • Create one user account to manage multiple Utility Department accounts. • Sign up to receive emails/texts when your bill is due. On September 29, 2021, you will have access to the new site by going to our website at www.cityofwhitefish.org – make a payment. Instructions on how to setup a user account will be available on our website at that time. We hope you will enjoy our new online bill pay site. The office staff will be more than happy to help you setup your online bill pay if needed. Please take note that on 9-29-21, the old site will be shut off and all online payments will need to occur in the new system.
