WHITEFISH LEGACY HOMES PROGRAM IN-LIEU FEES – Valid as of September 8, 2020 Example: A 36-unit apartment project would require 7.2 units deed restricted for the Legacy Homes Program (36 x 20% = 7.2). • If the developer provides 7 Legacy units, a fee of $16,523.60 would be required for the remaining 0.2 units ($82,618 x 0.2) • If the developer provides no Legacy units, a fee of $892,274.40 in-lieu of the 7.2 units is required ($123,927 x 7.2) • If the developer provides 4 Legacy units, a fee of $396,566.40 in-lieu of the remaining 3.2 units is required ($123,927 x 3.2) Applicability In-Lieu Fee For a Fraction of a Unit When Required Whole Units are Provided within the Development $82,618 per unit When Either No Units Are Provided or Less Than the Full Required Number of Whole Units are Provided $123,927 per unit
