Quotes are due Friday May 24th, no later than 4:00 PM. Scope of Work Project details including: • Location: Soroptimist Park, 130 Minnesota Avenue, Whitefish, MT • Project to commence upon contract award and signing. • Project to be completed by August 1, 2024. • Project Description: Upgrade to existing irrigation at Soroptimist Park. Work to include adding a new backflow preventer and separating line for fountain to existing 1” service line. Split zone 1 into two zones and add two more zones to cover areas around playground. Repair broken zone wires and move clock to eastern gate and replace with a solar clock. • Materials &/or Services required: Replace 1” backflow preventer, hunter solar clock, separate line for fountain, and add 4 zones with 1” poly line, valves, and irrigation heads. ---PAGE BREAK--- Request for Proposals Soroptimist Park Irrigation Page I 2 of 2 • Additional Information: site visits may be requested prior to bid. Insurance Contractor shall maintain, at its own expense, workers’ compensation and automobile insurance as required by Montana law. Contractor shall maintain, at its own expense, general liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $1,500,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate naming the City as additionally insured for the duration of this Agreement protecting Contractor and the City from and against claims, demands, causes of action, expenses, costs, or liability for injury to or death of persons, or damage to or loss of property arising out of or in any manner connected with Contractor's operations or performance under this Agreement which policy shall name the City as an additional insured.
