The Public Works Department will be sealcoating several roads throughout the City the week of July 31, 2023. The project will be divided into the following four areas: Area 1 Area 2 Area 3 Area 4 HAUGEN HTS LA BRIE DR SAWTOOTH DR BRIMSTONE DR JP RD ICEHOUSE RD PRESERVE PKWY GRANITE DR NYACK DR LAKE PARK LN GREAT NORTHERN DR VISTA DR The work is anticipated to take place on the following two days: Day 1 – Tuesday 8/1/2023 Day 2 – Wednesday 8/2/2023 Please note this work is weather dependent and these dates may be delayed due to precipitation. The project will require each road to be closed a section at a time. The maps on the back of this notice show the schedule for the closures. Areas in Green will be closed on DAY 1 and the areas in Red will be closed on DAY 2. IF YOU RESIDE WITHIN ONE OF THE CLOSURES YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DRIVEWAY WHILE THE SEALANT IS CURING. YOU MUST PARK YOUR VEHICLE OUTSIDE OF THE PLANNED ROAD CLOSURE BY 9 AM IF YOU PLAN TO USE YOUR VEHICLE THAT DAY. DO NOT DRIVE ON THE TREATED AREAS UNTIL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
