SPOKANE AVENUE PROJECT UPDATE - AUGUST 2022 The Spokane Avenue Water Main Replacement Project has been awarded to Sandry Construction and will begin Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Construction will begin at 13th Street and continue North. Property and business access will be maintained with two-way, one-lane traffic during both phases, although delays should be expected. The revised construction schedule is planned as follows: » Phase 1: Start construction at the beginning of September 2022 and complete construction by the end of October 2022. The road would be re- paved and re-opened for the winter. » Phase 2: Start construction in the middle of March 2023 and complete construction on the water main by June 1, 2023. » MDT Repaving Project: Schedule to be determined.
