2021 - 2023 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE GARBAGE COLLECTION As part of the City’s on-going effort to improve service, please review the holiday collection schedule for garbage. Thanksgiving Day (observed) November 25, 2021, Thursday No garbage collection on Thursday. Garbage scheduled on Thursday will be collected on Friday, November 25th and some of our Friday’s customers will be serviced on Saturday. Please remember that City offices will be closed both Thursday 25th and Friday 26th. Christmas Holiday December 24, 2021, Friday No change for our garbage customers for December 24th. Please remember that City offices will be closed at noon on December 23rd and closed on December 24th. New Year’s Day January 1, 2022, Saturday No change for our garbage customers as New Year’s Day falls on a Saturday. However, please remember that City offices will be closed on Friday, December 31st. Memorial Day (observed) May 31, 2022, Monday All residential and commercial routes for the entire week will be on a one-day delay. Please remember that City offices will be closed. Fourth of July (observed) July 5, 2022, Monday All residential and commercial routes for the entire week will be on a one-day delay. Please remember that City offices will be closed. Labor Day (observed) September 5, 2022, Monday All residential and commercial routes for the entire week will be on a one-day delay. Please remember that City offices will be closed. Thursday and Friday residential and commercial will be on a one day delay (Thursday will run on Friday and Friday will run on Saturday). New Year’s Day January 1, 2023, Sunday No change for our garbage customers as New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday. Please remember that City offices will be closed on Monday, January 2nd.
