Complete Haugen Heights Intersection. Place gravel driving surface with dust abatement for summer traffic. July thru August (Private Utility Contractor): Complete Private Utilities (gas, power, fiber). September thru November (City Contractor): Complete Remaining Roadway Improvements (sidewalks, asphalt, street lights, etc.). ---PAGE BREAK--- Robert Peccia & Associates – Kalispell, Montana State Park Road Reconstruction Project Roadway Design & Typical Section 14-foot wide drive lanes Road narrows to 12-foot drive lanes before railroad tracks. 8-foot wide concrete sidewalk with grass boulevard.
