This informal review with staff provides an opportunity to obtain input, identify issues and concerns. This is not meant to be a detailed review of proposed plans or ideas. A pre-application is nonbinding and does not vest a project nor is the information provided an implied or conditional approval of the project. INSTRUCTIONS:  Pre-application is recommended for all commercial, industrial, public and multi-family (5-plex and greater) projects and any other proposals that may benefit from being reviewed.  Submit completed application and attachments to the Planning Office. Staff will schedule a meeting with applicants as soon as practical to review the proposal. A.
