Washington County Health Dept. 201 Morningside Dr., Sandersville, Ga. 31082 100 Kw Generator install Price includes labor and material to install the following tasks: 1. Saw cut out section of side walk and excavate from building to new generator location north side of building. 2. Install 2- 2 in and 3- ¾ in pvc conduits underground from north side of building through sidewalk to back side of main disconnect that is existing. 3. Install new 400-amp automatic transfer switch commercial grade mounted on back side of main disconnect wall. 4. Intercept existing conduit and wire and tie into transfer switch. 5. Install new conduit and copper wire from transfer switch to main disconnect. 6. Install concrete pad 12” larger than generator on north side of building. 7. Provide, offload, and set new 100 kw diesel generator commercial grade on new concrete pad. 8. Install 2 sets of 4 wire 3/0 copper wire plus ground from generator to transfer switch per code. 9. Install ground rod at generator. 10. Repour 1 section of sidewalk back that was removed. 11. Continue control conduit and wire to main reception desk and install remote annunciator. 12. continue other ¾ conduit to breaker panel and pull circuit for battery charger and block heater to generator. 13. Pull circuit for automatic start from transfer switch to generator. 14. Perform NFPA 110 start up and 4 hr. load bank test on generator after completion. Notes: 1. Generator and transfer switch must meet NFPA 110 for emergency power 2. Bid includes permit fees. 3. Bid includes 20 gallons of diesel fuel. 4. Bid based on all copper wire.
