ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Washington County Board of Commissioners Sandersville, Georgia Linton Park General Notice Washington County Board of Commissioners (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Linton Park 2022-0672 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the owner located at 119 Jones Street, Sandersville, GA 31082, until 2nd, July at 11:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Project consists of improved facilities at Linton Park including walking track, playground, pre-engineered structures for picnic and amphitheater as well as a new parking area. Additional scope may include a restroom building, pickleball courts, and a dog park. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Linton Park Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $1.8M. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Cranston LLC 452 Ellis Street, Augusta, GA 30901 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by requesting via email to [EMAIL REDACTED]. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, June 6 at 2:00 pm at Linton Park, 210 N. Avenue, Sandersville, Georgia 31082. Instructions to Bidders.
