REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for a 38’ x 54’ pre- engineered metal building to be used as a training facility for the Walton County Sheriff’s Office located at 1425 S. Madison Avenue, Monroe, Ga. Proposals documents may be obtained at the County Commissioners Office located in the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Ga. 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, or by email to Rhonda Hawk, [EMAIL REDACTED]. Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 13th, 2021. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bidders must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to make award based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
