IN THE MAGISTRATE COURT OF WALTON COUNTY, STATE OF GEORGIA PROBATION SERVICES The Walton County Magistrate Court is currently utilizing the services of Southeast Corrections to provide supervision of persons placed on probation by this Court. Southeast Corrections is a private probation company providing these services to the Magistrate Court since January 2006. These services include, but are not limited to, the direct supervision of persons convicted of/pled guilty to misdemeanor offenses within this Court’s jurisdiction.
