GAME LOCATIONS: Basketball games may be scheduled for Loganville, Monroe and Social Circle. AGE CONTROL DATE: Age as of August 31, 2018 - No exceptions. EVALUATIONS: All players, except co-ed 5-6 group, must participate in an evaluation and team draft. Players will report to Meridian Community Center on specified dates/times. (Evaluation information on back of this form) REGISTRATION: Fee includes game jersey and shorts. BALL SIZE PER AGE DIVISION: 5-6 Co Ed 27.5 7-18 Girls and 7-12 Boys 28.5 13-18 Boys Official Size 29.5 Please DO NOT BRING PERSONAL BASKETBALLS TO EVALUATIONS OR GAMES! (All practices will be held at one of the Walton County School Gyms, Nowell Gym or Meridian Community Center) PRACTICE STARTS: OCTOBER 22, 2018 TEAM PHOTO DAY: NOVEMBER 9-10, 2018 OPENING DAY: NOVEMBER 12, 2018 SEASON ENDS: JANUARY 18, 2019 COUNTY TOURNEY: JANUARY 21 – 26, 2019 UNIFORMS & GAME SCHEDULES: Uniforms and regular season game schedules will be distributed to coaches one week prior to opening day. ALL-STARS-Selected players will be nominated by their coach and tryouts will be conducted. If selected for All-Stars, each participant will be responsible to pay $30. There will be no money subsidized by the county for any cost that will occur from participating in games both here in the county and away games. No All-Stars for 5-6 Co-ed, 11-13 girls, 14-18 girls, and 15-18 boys.
