EVALUATION INFORMATION o West Walton Park – 925 Twin Lakes Rd. Loganville, GA 30052 (In the event of inclement weather, please check the Walton County Website at for information concerning evaluation changes). o Players trying out are encouraged to wear cleats; however tennis shoes will be permitted for evaluations only. GAME LOCATIONS o Depending on the number of teams in each age division, games may be scheduled for West Walton Park (Loganville), Criswell Park (Monroe), or South Walton Park (Social Circle). EQUIPMENT NEEDED o Hat and jersey (included in registration fee) o Pants, socks, cleats, glove, USSSA approved baseball bat, batting helmet (facemask optional) IMPORTANT DATES o February 26th – Practice begins o March 26th – Opening Day o March 18th – 19th Picture Day on Legion Field (tentative) o May 21st-26th (tentative) – County wide end of season tournament ALL – STARS o Baseball will participate in USSSA All – Stars (ages 5 – 14) o There will not be All – Stars for the 15 - 18 year old division o All-Star team players age 5U – 8U shall not have participated on a “travel” team of higher classification than AAA Major) after January 1st of the current season year. o All-Star team players age 9U – 18U shall not have participated on a “travel” team of higher classification than AA AAA, Major) after January 1st of the current season year. o All – Star players will be required to pay a $30 All – Star fee ---PAGE BREAK--- WEST WALTON BASEBALL EVALUATION SCHEDULE *Evaluation numbers are now assigned alphabetically by last name. These numbers will be e-mailed to parents no later than 48 hours prior to evaluations* *In the event of inclement weather, evaluations will either be re-located to the West Walton Indoor Batting Cages or postponed to the following week (same day and time).
