For example 5-6 Girls must have approximately 48 players registered to make 4 teams (12 players per team.) May be combined with other park depending on number of participants. Late Registration- Will depend on the number of spaces left after our regular registration has been completed. Individuals may be placed on a waiting list. Game Locations- Games may be scheduled to play in Monroe, Loganville, and Social Circle depending on the number of teams established in each age group. Season Begins- August 21 Uniforms/Game Schedules- Provided to the players & coaches one week prior to opening day. Helmets- Batting helmets will not be provided. All participants are responsible for their own bats, gloves and batting helmets. Team Photo Schedule- August 19th Times to be determined. Dates and times for Evaluation and Drafts held at South Walton Park- Players shall report to the designated field at the date and time listed below of your child’s age group. Coaches will observe evaluations and make notes on players. After the evaluations are complete for that age group all head coaches will report to the South Walton office for drafts. Coaches will contact players and parents within one week after the team has been drafted. Attend evaluations unless you have been contacted by a coach prior to date listed below.
