STATE OF GEORGIA WALTON COUNTY QUALIFYING NOTICE Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-131 the following qualifying fees were set by the Walton County Board of Commissioners: Judge of Probate Court $2,034.00 Clerk of Superior Court $2,034.00 Sheriff $2,347.42 Tax Commissioner $2,034.00 Surveyor $25.00 Coroner $854.10 Chief Magistrate $2,034.00 Chairman, Board of Commissioners $2,347.42 County Commissioner, District 2 $240.61 County Commissioner, District 3 $240.61 County Commissioner, District 6 $240.61 Board of Education, District 3 $121.48 Board of Education, District 4 $121.48 Board of Education, District 6 $121.48 Board of Education, District 7 $121.48 Qualifying will be held in the Walton County Board of Elections office, located at 303 South Hammond Drive, Suite 111 in Monroe. Qualifying will begin at 9:00 a.m. on March 2, 2020 and will end at noon on March 6, 2020. The General Primary will be held on May 19, 2020 and the General Election will be held on November 3, 2020.
