CASH BOND TO DISCHARGE LIEN GEORGIA, WALTON COUNTY. WHEREAS, has filed lien for Labor and Material furnished for the following property: Which Claim of Lien in the amount of has been recorded in Lien Book Page Walton County Records: WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to discharge said lien by filing this Bond as provided in Section 44-14-364 of the Code of Georgia. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the undersigned does hold themselves firmly bound unto the Lien Claimant, in the amount of which has this day been deposited with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Walton County, Georgia. The condition of this Bond is such that should the undersigned pay to the holder of said Lien the sum that may be found to be due him upon the trial of any action that may be filed by said lien holder to recover the amount of his claim, within twelve (12) months from the time of said claim shall become due, this Bond shall be void and the returned to the undersigned, otherwise of full force and effect.
