MCDUFFIE COUNTY PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE UPDATED: JANUARY 1, 2023 New Single-Family Residential Structures Note: fees include plan review & inspections • Principle Structure: $.20 per sq. ft. for first 2000 sq. ft./ $.08 per additional sq. ft. • Residential Electrical: $75 per 200-amp panel • Residential Mechanical: $75 per central unit/system installed (per unit system) • Residential Plumbing: $75 per first 3000 sq. ft./$.08 for each additional sq. ft. • Temporary Electrical: $50 per meter • Certificate of Occupancy: $25 Manufactured Housing (New and Existing-Including Modular Home) • Mfg./Modular Home: $50 for first 2000 sq. ft./$.15 per additional sq. ft. (including decks, porches, patios, etc.) *Does not include mechanical or electrical permit, must be permitted separately • Mfg. Home-Electrical: $50 • Mfg.
