Thomson McDuffie Recreation Department 180 Sweetwater Park Drive Thomson, GA 30824 [PHONE REDACTED] Trevor Welcher, Director “Always We Never ME” Park and Facility Reservation 1. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only 2. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on County Premises unless permission given from McDuffie County Board of Commissioners 3. User must pick up all trash upon exit of the park/facility 4. User is responsible for any damages to all property used and/or participating persons 5. User will secure reservation of event/park space through TMRD with signed contract and fees paid. Failure to comply will result in denial of event. (No advertising event until AFTER usage space has been secured) 6. User must follow CDC guidelines as it relates to use of public parks. Practice social distancing is encouraged. User is responsible for providing materials needed for proper hygiene/sanitation of persons and User’s property. 7. NO DJ’S, WILD PARTIES, OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED; exception must be approved by Recreation Director. 8. In the event the User desires to have User’s property on the premises insured against loss by theft or otherwise, User shall obtain insurance at User’s expense. The recreation Department will not be responsible for the protection of such property against fire, theft, accident or other cause. 9. Some activities, tournaments, and events, may require, at expense of User, Off Duty McDuffie County Sherriff/Police officer or licensed security officers. Security Company must provide Recreation Department with copy of business license and proof of insurance. 10. The User shall not have the right to assign this agreement or any rights hereunder.
