IF THE RENEWAL FORM AND OCCUPATIONAL TAX INVOICE ARE NOT RETURNED WITH YOUR PAYMENT(S), YOUR PAPERWORK WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!!! The enclosed form is your 2023 Occupational Tax Certificate (also referred to as a "Business License") Renewal Form. This form must be completed even if there are no changes to your business. If any changes have taken place, please include a company letter outlining those changes. 1. Do not leave any questions blank or unanswered. If all questions are not answered, your license WILL NOT be issued. 2. The fee amount is based on the number of employees. If your license is a Georgia Professional license, the fee is a flat fee of $275. 3. Your RENEWAL FORM and INVOICE must be returned with payment. If not, your license will not be issued. Methods of Renewal: 1. Complete the form and mail it to the McDuffie County Planning Commission with your payment. 2. Complete the form and drop it off at the Tax Assessors’ Office. After the renewal form is processed, we will mail the license to the mailing address listed on the renewal form.
