LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Star City Council will hold a Public Hearing on April 21, 2026 at the Star City Hall, 10769 W. State Street, Star, Idaho at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Application: Downtown Visioning Plan Description: The City of Star is in the process of creating a Downtown Vision Plan for its downtown area. The areas in question include portions of State Street, Star Road, Main Street, and areas north of State Street. The purpose of this plan is to guide both new development and the redevelopment of existing structures and properties, and to create in the future, design standards that will assist in making the central area of Star a unique environment that its citizens can enjoy and be proud of. Action: The City Council of the City of Star, Idaho, will hold a public hearing to review the proposed Downtown Visioning Plan, hear comments from the public concerning the proposed plan and adopt the plan. Information/Comments: The draft plan and map can be found on our website at: www.staridaho.org/downtownvision. The City invites all interested parties to attend the meeting and provide public testimony. Written comments will be accepted by the City up to 2 days prior to the date of the public hearing.
