Applicant must reside within the boundaries of: Ada/Gem County line to the north, Palmer Rd. to the east, Chinden Blvd. to the south, and Kingsbury Rd. to the west. Applications outside of these boundaries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 2. Scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors who are planning a post-secondary education program. This includes associate degree, bachelor degree or trade school. 3. Scholarship selection will be made by a committee made up of Star Lions Club members. 4. The selection committee will base their decision on the following criteria from the application and interview: • Leadership • Scholastic Achievement • Community Service 5. Students planning to go on a Church mission after graduation should apply during their senior year. Scholarship money will be paid upon return and concurrent with the immediate enrollment in a post-secondary education program. Failure to enroll upon return will result in forfeiture of the scholarship. 6.
