Inspection of framing shall be made after the roof, all framing, fire stopping, draft stopping and bracing are in place and after the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing rough inspections are approved (Mandatory). Also, exterior siding/stucco shall not be installed until after the framing inspection has passed. To provide fast and timely service to our Building Contractors; Framing Inspections will only be performed when all the following conditions exist: Address clearly visible from the street. Mechanical/Fireplace Rough Inspection passed. Electrical Rough Inspection passed. Plumbing Rough Inspection passed. IECC air sealing installed (Caulk & Foam). Stamped Truss Engineering w/layout must be onsite City reviewed and approved building plans on site If all prerequisites are not completed, a re-inspection fee will be assessed and must be paid prior to receiving a framing re-inspection.
