Rook Way Star, Idaho 83669 Dear Nate: Your application for Willowbrook Development Annexation & Zoning (AZ-21-12) and Development Agreement (DA-21-20), has been scheduled for public hearing on May 9, 2023 at the LifeSpring Church. You or your representative must be present, or your application could be postponed if questions come up that cannot be addressed. You must post a “Public Hearing” sign(s) (for the Public Hearing only) on the property a minimum of 10 days prior to the public hearing as required by Star City Code. Proof of sign placement must be received by the City at least days prior to the public hearing in the form of a notarized statement and photograph of the posting. Improper sign posting will result in a delay of the public hearing. All signs must be removed from the property within three days of the hearing. Please contact staff for sign locations prior to installation. Once the staff report has been drafted, I will forward a copy for your review prior to the Council meeting.
