City of Star Emergency Meeting Minutes April 21, 2017 An Emergency Meeting of the Star City Council was held on April 21, 2017 at 8:00 am at the Star City Hall, 10769 W. State Street, Star, Idaho. Mayor Charlton Bell called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Councilmen Hershey, Chadwick, Nielsen were all present; Lockett was absent. The Mayor stated that the Emergency Meeting was called to put in place our Emergency Disaster Declaration. This is a precautionary measure only, nothing has changed on the river. We feel that since the other affected cities have put one in place that we should follow suit. Chadwick moved to approve the Disaster Declaration and read it into record, (see attached) Hershey seconded the motion. All ayes: motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:09 am.
