Vehicles Requiring Installation of an Ignition Interlock Device Per order of the sentencing court Sentenced to: Docket The above named defendant, convicted in this Court of a subdivision of Section 1192 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of New York State, is hereby required by the sentencing court to install and maintain an ignition interlock device in every vehicle listed below, within 10 days of this sentence. The ignition interlock device must be installed and maintained for a minimum of 12 months after sentencing if a conditional discharge is received, and may be longer per a sentence of probation supervision.
