CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination for Z&M Reality Trust, of 203 Canal Street, Salem, MA . The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed drive-thru and parking lot amendments within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held May 18, 2021 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than May 11, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2021.
