CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for The Swampscott Conservancy, 34 Bay View Drive, Swampscott, MA. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed trail maintenance on an existing trail in Salem that runs from Swampscott to the Forest River Conservation Area within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held April 21, 2020 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than April 14, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
