CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Julie Dandreo, Six Progress Corporation, 6 Vernon Street, Salem MA, for proposed construction of a walkway and grading, located at 2 Cedarcrest Road, Map 21, Parcel 82, located within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public meeting will be held May 17, 2022 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than May 10, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022.
