CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Timothy Lunt. The project consists of the installation of a 16’ by 32’ in-ground backyard pool. The site is located at 16 Amanda Way (Map 9, Lot 320) partially within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held on June 18, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than June 11 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
