CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for 139 Grove St Realty Trust, 282 Bennington St, East Boston MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed mixed-use redevelopment of the former property at 70 to 92 ½ Boston St within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
